Ordering & delivery

Place your parts order via our online shop and you will be given the total for the cost of the parts.

We will then contact you with the final price and to arrange payment if you don't have a TVM account.

The cost of delivery of your parts order will depend on the size of your order and your location. Given the complexity of deliveries of different sized parts orders to rural areas, we will finalise the best delivery options and cost after you have placed your order and before you have made payment.

Returns policy

  • Goods returned in original packing within 21 days - no charge
  • After 21 days - 10% stocking fee charged
  • Goods not accepted after 30 days
  • Goods not accepted for return if fitted, used in any way or no longer in a saleable condition
  • Freight on returned goods is the responsibility of the customer
  • All TVM manufactured items are non-returnable
  • All items specially procured are non-returnable
